• ₹50 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹799.

• FREE shipping on all orders ₹799 and above.

⏳ Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing Time:
  We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after receiving payment.

• Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, holidays, or regional service availability.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS so you can follow your cuddly package’s journey.

We currently ship across India. If you’re outside India and interested in our products, please contact us—we’ll try our best to help!

📦 Packaging

We ensure your products are packed with care to keep them safe during transit. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
