At Cuddle Kinder, every cuddle buddy is crafted with care and love. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing defects only (e.g., stitching issues, broken accessories, etc.).
Return request must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
You must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly. The video should be:
Continuous and unedited from the moment the package is opened.
Well-lit and focused to highlight the defect.
Clearly show the shipping label for verification.
Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., packaging dents, slight color variation).
Damage caused after delivery or by mishandling.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Missing or edited/unreliable unboxing video.
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product has a verified defect.
In such cases, we’ll send a replacement product at no extra cost after the return is approved and picked up.
If the defective product is out of stock, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
You’ll receive communication on the scheduled pickup via WhatsApp or email.
